The film, called Worth the wait, looks at the wide ranging pressures girls are facing around sexual relationships.
koko Project Co-ordinator Meg Cannon says ‘We wanted to give girls a platform to voice their opinions and share their stories about relationships. We were inundated with responses and created a spoken word piece, which was woven together with words from girls all around the UK.
‘Our hope is this film will encourage girls to question the messages they’re being given about relationships and sex but it would also remind them that they have a choice and are worth the wait.’
