The award, currently running in 49 schools, seeks to motivate young people to pursue their goals and care for their environment. Jonathan Green, head teacher at the Archbishop of York’s junior school, envisions his students taking part in charity work, litter-picks and hospitality events, all with the aim to help the pupils learn more about the world around them.
