Taking place on the last May bank holiday each year, Cliff Festival is full of Spirit-filled worship, Bible teaching and activities for people and families of all ages. We gather on the Cliff College site in Derbyshire to encounter the living God together, and in prayer, worship, learning, creative activities and fellowship we are equipped and empowered to go back out into the world to serve God and build the kingdom.

For over a century, people have been meeting with God at Cliff Festival, many of them for the first time. This is particularly true for teenagers and young people, and we want that to continue! So we offer free entry to Cliff Festival for under-18s, as well as dedicated venues for pre-school, primary school and secondary school-aged children. In these venues children and young people can access age-appropriate Bible teaching and prayer ministry, as well as worship, activities, workshops and more.

‘My highlight from Cliff Festival was seeing my 12-year-old daughter engaging with worship and excited about going to the youth venue.’ (Previous Cliff Festival attendee)

Cliff Festival is perfect for church and community youth groups – as well as offering free entry for under-18s, we have camping pitches available for tents of all sizes and an option to hire pre-set-up tents for your group that sleep up to eight people. Campers are welcome to bring gas stoves and cook their own food, and food is also available in our dining hall and from food stalls onsite throughout the weekend.
